As indicated in my post, I did read the court doc. Also as I said, it's

one thing to get confused and angry and defensive if the initial professionalism card or whatever was wrong (and from his side of the story that we know, it sounds like it was wrong). But there's still a limit to how strong your reaction can be and the actions you can take as a result.

Since the lawsuit is his side of the story, we don't have the details on all of his actions to determine just how aggressive and/or threatening they were. If his reactions were reasonable then UVA will and should lose big time. But if he threatened to blow up the school or some other unreasonable reaction, UVA would have been right to kick him out. The point is that we just don't know based only on one side of the story.
