Oh, I see, your "amnesty" comes with limitations.

Some of these people have been in this country most of their lives. In some cases, they are as much American in terms of outlook as anything else. It is not like they are a guest worker in Saudi Arabia, from Sri Lanka. You said they come here for a better life. I think you're right about that, so going back to Honduras or Mexico after spending the harvest season here seems a bit of a contradiction on your part. They stay here because of the quality of life as much or more so than the money they earn.
