Problem is there is a very, very, very loud contingent in the mainstream

Democratic party organizational apparatus and leadership that will tolerate *absolutely no* deviation on social and cultural issues. Look at what happened with the mayoral candidate in Nebraska who had a mixed record on abortion. I don't know why the average person characterizes Sanders as the "crazy" one- he said the party should include people that were more pro-life and continually hammers that they need to get rid of the identity politics and be the party of the middle class. Is it because he wants to pay for college tuition? I don't agree with doing that until costs are brought under control and I think folks should have skin in the game, but the cost would be $40 bil a year. Which is really pretty much nothing. If Sanders is crazy, who are the sane Democrats?
