You can't point to the very last chart as evidence that a certain group or groups will be paying more in taxes. If you look at those same groups over the course of the 10 year period (referenced in each of the previous several pages), you have to take into consideration the "net" taxes paid over the course of those ten years. So if I fall into a certain bracket and I see a tax savings in years 1-9 but a tax increase in year 10...odds are I've still experienced a net tax decrease over the course of the 10-year period.
