Not a panacea per se, just a way to drastically minimize the political


gamesmanship we see now to create districts to ensure certain outcomes.

I like and have no issue with what you're suggesting. I just don't trust that when parties are in charge of the drawing that gamesmanship won't be in play. The straight lines only limits their ability to do it.
