So he thought there was nothing "wrong" with the call ...

but worried about our bipartisan support of Ukraine AND Ukraine's perception of the United States - Ukraine relationship ... if the call was leaked? That doesn't sound rational ... especially when the military aid and the US pushing for anti corruption reforms in the Ukraine were already public information.

More importantly, Morrison corroborates a quid pro quo (extortion) and Taylor's testimony. That's not good for Trump. Tim Morrison is a strong supporter of Trump Administration.

It's bizarre Morrison is resigning from his position but claims it has nothing to do with the current situation. Whatever it is, it's not good optics.
