Yes, asking for an investigation of a Ukrainian company is pretty thin


gruel as far as a “ thing of value” is concerned (I would add, a pretty obviously corrupt Ukrainian company at that). Especially when you’re the President of the United States and you have wide latitude to conduct American foreign policy under Article II of the Constitution.

But it doesn’t matter, because there was no quid.
