Count me in here. I was a Republican and even helped pass out literature

for congressional candidates in the 80s. Since the rise of the religious wing of the party I voted for them less frequently. When the neocons came around I registered as an independent and mostly voted third party or democrat. Then came the tea party and I vote democrat almost exclusively. I don't know what history will call this horrific mutation of the party but it will be a long, long time before I vote republican again.

To get back to your post, even 10 years ago I never would have been in favor of expanding courts but I am now. Not just leaning that way but strongly in favor. Of course, in order to do that the Senate will have to adopt rules that include no filibuster but I have been in favor of that for a while. The republicans have wrecked the place in their quest for power. It's time to do whatever it takes to try to restore it.
