When would "Court Packing" escalation end though? I agree with A LOT of

your thoughts, but assume Biden comes in and adds 2 staunch liberals. The next time a Republican is President, they add 2 more, or even more than that if the balance has tipped a lot out of their control in the interim. Then the next Dem raises the number again?
