You should not down play that scenario. Blackmailing the election with the

Supreme Court card may be Trump's only chance to win the election. Make the election about the Supreme Court, not Trump.
Of course, it is political suicide for the GOP if he loses. But Trump doesn't care about that, the selfish bastard.
The best chance for a conservative justice is to nominate one now, and face a revolution.
