I would like to change one thing about the EC.....


If both candidates don't secure 270 (or there is a tie in the EC) then the popular vote should be the tie breaker. This gives people an incentive to vote even if their state is going to lean to the other candidate no matter what - so republicans in a blue state and democrats in a red state could impact the presidential elections under certain conditions....
