So you run on "we need to reform healthcare"...win 60 senate seats...then..


Do nothing? Because they tried to build bipartisan support for like 6-12 months and they passed a bill that was basically Romneycare.

I'd argue that parties (particularly dems) should just try to pass their laws and say "screw the midterms" because they are going to lose anyway, so whatever. Add DC and PR as states, add the carbon tax, reform Obamacare, do whatever you can get the votes for, because you are gonna lose later on.
