...your confusion lies, or at least where our difference of opinion lies. The court has an important say in determining a legal outcome based on our system of government, and they deserve respect as such, but they are not infallible, they are not necessarily to be trusted, particularly in political matters, and they do not establish "truth". As just one example, if a court rules that someone lacks standing to file a case, they are not ruling on the merits -- the truth -- of that plaintiff's underlying claims.

The people in this country are primary -- they have the power to decide what is right and wrong for themselves individually. They don't have the right to act on what they believe is true unless they are willing to face potential legal consequences, but they can decide for themselves what is true.

If a court says the sun rises in the west and sets in the east, it doesn't make it so. There is no question -- none -- that election laws on the books were violated in literally every single one of these states. That the courts have not ruled that to be the case -- largely because they simply refuse to hear the evidence or dodge the cases citing standing, laches and other bullshit -- does not change that fact. Hopefully, you don't need a court to tell you what to think, or else you're going to be in for a difficult life.
