Short answer - Vaccines

Long answer:

I am fine with lifting mask mandates upon two scenarios:

1. Everyone having access to the vaccine for a month (i.e. no lines and no restrictions)
2. Case counts going down to such a level that we aren't risking the lives of our children or other people who cant get vaccinated for some reason.

I think those will go hand in hand. My estimate is June 1.

Caveats: There could be a period of time whereby we have events that only vaccinated people can go to (i.e. if I am disney world, I am saying 'we are opening as normal but you must show proof of vaccination', at least for a short period of time while cases are still somewhat high but vaccines are ubiquitous)
