Masks are a different animal than vaccinations.

Yes. I think businesses will require and be allowed to require both masks and limited capacities for more or less as long as they want to. How long they want to will largely be a matter of the prevailing social sentiment in their area of operation.

I do not think they will be allowed to refuse employment or service to people based on their vaccination status. Some will, no doubt, try. I do not think that courts will rule such to be legal.
