Saying I think a significant enough number of people will continue to wear


masks in "petri dish" settings like airports and train stations that it will be noticeable. Not that it will be required or that all or even most people will. Kinda like it's been in Asia.

I think the appeal of city living has taken a major hit and it will take a while to undo that damage. Know a lot of younger couples who have left places like NYC or SF and are debating ever going back. I also think people who lived through this will give some more thought to the downsides of living in a box in the middle of 10 million people moving forward. It's a great time to own real estate in the inner suburbs though.
