Re handshakes, that's such a Boomer "macho" boys club thing to do anyways, I think it was already on the way out. I'm sure you're in the same boat as I am in this regard, but finding more and more of my clients and colleagues to be (a) younger and (b) female and the whole "firm handshake" thing was already on the out, kinda like doing business over golf and martinis. My prediction is this accelerates that trend.

Telework, streaming, video conferencing, etc. were already trends too.

I do look forward to restaurant dining again, but plan to really only do high end or social dining in that regard. I do miss it, but at least in this area we've been able to do some really spectacular take-home meals for special occasions and higher-end delivery has really upped its game.
