2: In as much as I can't speak for all of my friends/family, I think that the general opinion is that people will feel it is safe to return to normal once they've been vaccinated

3: n/a. But governments will start to give the all clear signal as polling indicates it becomes politically favorable to do so. As with most decisions on any topic.

4: 100% of K-12 schools? Probably a good long while. There are thousands, including plenty of independent private schools that are not beholden to any publicly elected bodies. I don't doubt that there will be SOME schools that exist as COVID-free sanctuaries for a couple of years yet. I expect the majority of public school systems will be 100% in person to begin the 2021-22 school year this fall, but a few holdouts will get plenty of press and the usual suspects will decry the pussification of America.

5: Legally required? Certainly not. Nor do I expect that there's any way that private businesses will be able to enforce any sort of compulsory vaccination for employment or commerce.

6: Assuming vaccination rollouts continue relatively unimpeded, assuming case counts continue to drop, and assuming we don't start to see efficacy problems with larger populations and longer post-vaccination periods ... I think you'll start to see government mask mandates rolling back in 3-6 months. Various private industries will follow as they feel it to be publicly beneficial to do so
