Just found out one of my old football buddies — dude who had been


preaching against masks and vaccines for the last six months or so on Facebook and “chose” not to take the risk of getting a shot — is in the hospital with COVID. Posts from his wife don’t sound encouraging. Healthy 44 year old who is a bodybuilder and works in security. Not exactly a fat, chain-smoking boomer with health problems. Also a dad w two kids.

It’s a goddamn tragedy, all of it. So frustrating to see people making really stupid decisions that put themselves and their families at risk. More will come before it’s over.
