It's completely ridiculous for someone to say a vaccine specifically designed to combat Covid, safely administered to millions, with proven efficacy against Covid is too much of an unknown, but a drug that checks none of those boxes isn't. It's a bullshit argument that doesn't hold up to even mild scrutiny. The kicker is, many of those individuals who are resistant because they don't want to be told what to do, are doing exactly what they are being told to do by conservative media outlets more interested in selling dissension than protecting public health.
