I know you're well meaning and a true Neo Con. I think you are a bit too harsh on liberals, but I do understand you're from another generation. To be honest, some of the PC stuff as well as their progressive agenda annoy me too. The difference is that I know they are coming from a good place. Unfortunately, I don't think they are always that realistic. Of course, the current GOP is not that realistic either. Hell, I'm not even sure of their current agenda.
