1) I would venture to guess, that most of these people want to wait and see
the vaccine. Which i don't have a problem with. Side effects may not be known for years. People are naturally hesitant about a vaccine that was rushed through. I do not have a problem with these people.
2) There are people that are naturally hesitant about being told what to do. On both sides of the political spectrum. You tell them what to do and they'll just say "fuck off". More so conservatives because this has been a liberal shouting point. So they won't do it out of spite and many of them will die for it. If you try to appeal to them through force or emotion, they will not respond. Most of them will eventually make the decision to get the vaccine. Especially when friends and family start falling.
3) There are people that believe the vaccine has been purposely created with something in it to harm the population. they are idiots and i don't believe anywhere in the majority. They were probably idiots before and believed conspiracies like 9-11, OJ simpson being guilty, or Russian collusion. But i THINK that's a minority. This minority will also preach their views and try and convince anyone to join them.
So that's my guess. I wouldn't have any problem with the people in the #1 category. I've encountered people in the #2 category and have managed to get a few of them to calm down and get themselves and their family protected. When you stop preaching and trying to guilt, they can be rationalized with if you are coming from a loving point of view and are someone they trust.
#3, i think i've only known one of these people in my whole life. But they are the ones that get all the headlines because they are the loudest.
So, those are my thoughts in a nutshell.
