No.  In the United States, the courts are the final arbiter of whether or

not a law has been broken.  No one - not legislatures, not the executive, not any other individual or group - can just decide they don't like how the court ruled and "overrule" the court's decision.

There is an appeal process up many layers to the Supreme Court to provide a check & balance on what you refer to as a "court violating the law."  If anyone can just ignore or "overrule" what the courts say, our entire system of government falls apart.  All of it.

If elections officials all up & down the process refuse to do their legal job to certify the valid results of an election (meaning no court has ruled that any illegality took place), those election officials go to jail for violating the law themselves, and their successors will replace them and carry out their legally required duty or they go to jail, too.  As long as people break the law they can go to jail until the people willing to abide by the law do what they are legally required to do.  There is nothing in those election laws or in the Constitution that says that if individuals break the law by refusing to certify the election results, the legislature can just take over and do whatever it wants.

Yes, individual electors can change their vote - because they are not legally required to vote a certain way.  That's the point. The law requires other people in the process to do certain things.

The "conversation about roles and responsibilities regarding our elections" IS ALREADY WRITTEN IN LAWS.  These controversies you are dreaming up are already addressed in laws on the books. You say you don't want to get into the details, but those details are where the already-existing answers to your questions lie.
