The point was -- and remains -- more generalized and applies not only to all states, but also questions at the federal level. You didn't "disprove" anything because I never intended to "prove" something about Georgia.

If you really want to try to "disprove" something I've contended, then answer my questions in the previous posts, although, even in this case, I'm simply posting opinion, not stating it as fact, so there's nothing really to disprove other than, up to this point, you can't come up with a better remedy than I have to the hypotheticals I've described.
