It has definitely gone downhill. They need to do something about the

boarding process. Even with zone 1 boarding, you have to fight your way through a total melee just to get to the gate. And upgrades are harder and harder to come by.

There are times when I question why I bother to stick with AA because the value of status keeps getting eroded.
