I don't think the actual Charlottesville citizen polls reflect an

overwhelming sense or need to bring down the Lee or Jackson statues. But they are just polls and the representatives they have voted onto City Council do feel an overwhelming sense(Well, 3-2) to bring them down. Every person I have talked to in the last week that is 30 or under in Cville believe in their hearts that the statues are coming down. I have no otherwordly knowledge of what ultimately happens, but I do let them know to not assume that because Wes Bellamy, Mike Signer and Kriten Szakos say they are coming down, that is fact. Lot of legal obstacles are still in place before that happens.
