I have philosophical concerns with the the notion of government run healthcare. And the ACA is, basically, an abomination.

The GOP, again, finds themselves beholden to ideologically pure tastemakers who posses the power to excommunicate those amongst them who don't hold to their orthodoxy (but are somehow powerless to distance themselves from Nazis...yet I digress) but don't posses the power to make their orthodoxy the law of the land. Even despite years of gerrymandering that has finally brought about their majority control of government at every level, they just can't wrap their heads around the fact that not everyone considers the hard right to be ... Well...right.
