I want transparency into how he is conflicted.
In particular regarding the mysterious disappearance of the carried interest promises. Is that because he earns most of his money that way? As a RE guy, could be.
How about the LLC pass through provisions, which will probably open a massive can of worms. We'll probably see quite spike in LLC creations and decline in W-2 income - for no purpose other than a spanking brand new loophole for us all.
Real estate guys love LLCs.
