May seem a little touchy feely, but think about it.
What's the real issue with the wealth gap? Education, neighborhood cultures miring generations in the cycle of poverty, etc. What's the way out? Human development. Getting that first kid in a family into college. If CT has a measure saying it is the best at doing this, which is really hard to do, I would think it merits examination more than ridicule.
I would think you agree that just throwing money at problems doesn't work. That means we need touchy feely ways to look beyond just $$ and cc.
