I'm in that camp that hypothesizes the Don may have 30% of the voting
public in the thrall of his personality. I just wonder what the make-up of that 30% is. I don't actually think it is 100% republican. I think some are even dem, or at least former fairly reliable dem voters - the ones who cheered the tariffs, the blue collar rust belt guy who feels disenfranchised. I think a number of them are independents.
Hard to say how many repubs who voted for the Don are now all in on Trumpism. I'm skeptical that it's 3/5s.
