You are correct that it was in the article you later linked. Please also
notice that they are talking about energy used for power production, not total energy usage. If you do this professionally, surely you realize how much Nat Gas Germany uses for transport. And of course they aren't using oil for power production. When you combine oil and gas, as they did in that article, you get to over 58% of their energy consumption (scroll to the bottom of the link below), not 20%.
I must also point out it's hilarious that they're talking about Trump being "loose with the facts" when they go on to support that by pointing out the pipeline is being built by private financing, "not by German public money". Where do they think the money is coming from to pay for the gas flowing through that pipeline? How about to repay those financing the construction? Talk about the pot calling the kettle "loose with the facts".
