Umm nice attempt to move the goal posts. The question isn't whether cash

bail will make a difference with a chronic criminal, but rather why you should end it or not, and if you do, why would you apply that to someone with house record that will clearly go out and do it again and again and again.

Again, let's not pretend we're talking about turnstile jumpers and jaywalkers, they were already getting ROR. Yes let's keep worrying about the impact on the poor criminals just trying to get by, to hell with their victims and potential victims getting robbed and the impact on them.
