I don't know that it's no deal at all. I believe there is at least

agreement on paper about future support for AQ and other international terror groups. The Taliban seems with us against ISIS.

But yeah, it's not a great deal, and lord knows how any of it could be enforceable. I just think we'd be saying all these same things about any pres, from either party, who takes this step, whether now or 20 years from now.
