We do know objectively, that the Taliban broke the cease fire almost immediately after the deal was agreed to, our own generals bombed the Taliban the same day in support of Afghan forces, the Afghan government was not a party to the negotiations, and the Afghan government has specifically stated that they have no intention of signing a deal they had no say in.

Regardless of the language, the occurences listed above would indicate if not a bad deal, at least a very poor process for achieving a deal.
