So you're no longer for Medicaid for All, but rather Govco healthcare?

Because taking a simplistic talking point like "there should be no profit incentive in...." certainly can, and has been used for healthcare, and with MFA you're still outsourcing claims, etc. to a profit incented private sector. Then where do you draw the line? How do you not carry that forward to a VA, UK, or even Cuba type system of total state run healthcare (as is being advocated here for prisons).

Not to mention the false premise IMO that removing that profit incentive is somehow going to be more efficient and thus, less expensive to taxpayers.
