Mostly agree, but not sure what your conclusion is here...

I would add an item to your list...

5. Vaccination is currently the best available tool in the box for mitigating severity and transmission.

Granted there is still much unknown. As you suggest, breakthrough cases are far more prevalent than originally thought, but they appear to be of less severity and duration. Boosters may (or may not) help significantly in that regard.

Vaccination is the gatekeeper for a return to normalcy and if it takes a government mandate, so be it. It's not a infringement on personal freedom, it's a necessary step for regaining such.
