deaths is the epitome of fearmongering, right? It’s all you ever do here in your campaign against vaccines. You cite 519 deaths of vaxxed people without any reference to the much greater number of deaths among unvaxxed. You talk about the spike in nursing home deaths around the country without mentioning that it was a spike to about 1/4 of the number before there were vaccines or more dangerous variants.

Variants which arise because of transmission of the disease. Like speed limits, these are personal decisions that impact those around you. People choosing not to get vaxxed are choosing to increase their chances of becoming a vector for a new variant which could actually impact every other human being on the planet.

So, I’m not fully on board with all the mandates especially at the federal level because I think they may be counterproductive (and maybe also unconstitutional - courts will tell us that). But they are counterproductive largely because the pro-covid set fails to recognize the interest we all have in limiting the virus’s spread during their pro-Covid political campaigns.
