I owned a restaurant. kitchen = hours of boredom and 2-3 hours a night of
intense focused teamwork. There's lots of time to talk during prep and on slow nights. Nobody preps in silence, except maybe in the kitchen of a Trappist monastery...
So you get to know each other. I can certainly see guys talking about their life plans, while doing the hundreds of menial tasks that you do every night.
I don't believe very many things hoothat believes but he sure doesn't strike me as a phony. In fact he seems like one of the more legit people on here, to me.
