I'll keep saying tomato and you'll keep saying tomahto.

My friend, I'm not saying that I totally disagree in this case - I get the personal responsibility argument. And nothing NJ said suggests he doesn't hold the shooters themselves primarily responsible. Or totally responsible from a legal standpoint.

If it is your belief that the overall supply of guns and other stuff like bump stocks contributes to the gun culture, and that contributes to the absurdly high incidence of mass shootings in this country, then it is also your belief that those preventing a solution to the gun supply issue contribute to the problem. Which is just another way of saying "blood on your hands".

This is a subjective point - neither of you can be right or wrong.
