Couldn’t disagree more. Running a business in NO WAY prepares you to be

President. You’re in charge of a singularly-focused enterprise designed to make profits and little else. You don’t do anything remotely policy-oriented, and you’re essentially a dictator who doesn’t answer to thr people you govern. If you cut costs and people are out of work, that’s not your problem. Not to go off on a tangent but I Honestly think that mentality is poisonous and shows how little most Americans know about government. Business isnt government and government isnt business. Period.

Mayor of South Bend isnt exactly governor of California, but it’s a lot more than being a fucking regional manager for a restaurant franchise. Not to mention the guy spent 8 years in the Navy and is a combat veteran.

Perfect? No. But quite serious. Not some bozo who ran a grifting enterprise or....a Red Fucking Lobster!
