And I would say that based on my experience with executives from

large companies and the traits they need to be successful, I would take someone like a Tim Cook, and the experience he has successfully managing an organization with 120K employees, a $30 billion spending budget, and who answers to 100s of millions of constituents (i.e. customers) that can "vote" with their wallet, over mayor of a smallish city who manages a budget that is 50% of the size of the budget that I was responsible for in my last role as the one better prepared to be President.

But I would take the 37 year old South Bend mayor over the reality TV star 100 times over... so no argument at all on your last point.
