Do you think CEOs are held accountable by employees and their mission

statement includes making those employees happy enough to vote them back in as CEO? Does the CEO deal with public policy issues or just his own bottom line?

It could not be more different. Nor are all dictators evil or corrupt — but only a complete moron would claim a business is a democracy.

Running a business is an entirely different skill set than being an elected president. If you don’t think so, I’d say you have a very cartoonish and uninformed opinion of what elected leaders do or how successful ones become successful.
