CEOs that can do whatever they want and don't have to answer to anyone. CEOs have to answer to a certain degree to employees (not directly, but if they want to be successful, they can't have an organization of employees that don't trust or believe in the CEO or the direction he or she is taking the company), and the CEO most certainly has to answer to customers (broadly speaking and over the long term) and can't just ignore the company's "constituents".

Does that translate into "sufficient training" to be President. No. But I don't think you need "training" to be a good president. I think you need skills and traits that will make you a good president. The ability to communicate, the ability to quickly distill complex topics, assess relevant information, and make informed decisions, the ability to influence, the ability to lead and get people to want to follow, the ability to hire (appoint) and surround yourself with smart, capable lieutenants, a well above average level of intelligence, intellectual curiosity, etc, etc. Most good CEOs possess many/most of those traits.
