The left sacrifices Roe, the right sacrifices the broad judicial interpretation of 2A. Not sure such deals are possible in the courts, but you get my drift.

Still, what about the unborn child? I am politically pro choice, but that’s the whole problem with the privacy argument - what rights does the unborn child have? Roe ignores that. When is the unborn child a “person” with rights under the law, like to life? How is that spiritual question answered?

IMO, the Constitution doesn’t say. Which means it’s left to the democratic process.
