Absolutely true! The GOPers continue to perpetuate the lie about what the

debt ceiling is with zero consequence. What's hysterical is that they'll drag their feet on raising taxes, but not raising the ceiling could cost the economy $15T and 6M jobs and they sure as hell don't care about that now do they?

I was reading someplace that in a parliamentary system, Canada for example, failure to fund the government results in a no confidence vote for the representatives. I don't know how that works exactly, but I'd love to see that level of accountability in our Congress.
