The statements were only compiled. The disclaimer attached

is designed to protect the independent firm that they relied upon the management's numbers without providing any assurance other than the presentation of md the numbers.

Of course, US banks had quit the Donald a few bankruptcies ago so Trumo relied upon Duetcsch Bank, which by all appearances is big into international money laundering, for which they were busted numerous times.

And, of course, there is absolutely nothing in the disclaimer to protect management from liability of fraud if the numbers provided to the accounting firm are fraudulent. Nothing at all.
