Purposely misrepresenting your financials on your prospectus is illegal.

I don't know if Trump is involved ... but the Trump Org. Is liable IF they default on their bonds. That's criminal and financial liability. That doesn't mean Donald Trump is responsible, but his company is.

Does Deutsche have fianncial liability? Perhaps if they were incompetent, reckless, or complicit. Criminal ... only if they knew Trump was lying about his financials. Same goes for Mazars.
