Where do you want to go with this? This wouldn't be the first time a bank

completely failed in its fiduciary responsibilities. The retail investors have every right to go after Deutsche and Deutsche has every right to go after Trump, but these strike me as civil matters. But lying to the government to avoid paying taxes? The government has a long history of having very large books to throw in these cases.
