part of the potential civil case. She has nothing to do with the debt holders, insurers, etc. Just because the government makes their case ... doesn't preclude the other aggrieved parties from getting theirs.

The criminal case is up to Bragg. I don't know where that goes. I said that consistently. IMO, full cooperation from Weisselberg would be necessary to directly link Trump and his children although James says she has the evidence. We shall see.

These potential civil cases are about the Trump Organization. If they purposely defrauded, their financial liabilities doesn't just stop with the government because you don't mind screwing the banks/investors. It doesn't work that way. This is not about some election. If the allegations are true, The Trump Org. stole a lot of money ... especially if he defaults on his paper as many fear.
