Remember Deutsche issues the debt for the Trump Org.

In most cases, institutional money ends up buying most of the the debt. Sometimes it can a state or teacher's retirement fund, etc.

There are whispers Deutsche bought the 2 deals ... but Trump Org and Deutsche still peddled the paper to the public. If I'm not mistaken, Deutsche private wealth / retail division got involved in 1 of those deals. Those are mom and pops.
